Entrenamiento personal
Tanto el entrenamiento personal como el Pilates se centran en la fuerza funcional. Necesitamos músculos en nuestro cuerpo para llevar una vida cotidiana normal, de ahí el entrenamiento con el peso corporal y el entrenamiento con pesas y/o esos muelles rojos o azules adicionales en el reformer aquí en el estudio que tu instructor a veces se cuela.

Nuestro método combina Reformer Pilates con entrenamiento de fuerza para activar el tronco, mejorar la postura y desarrollar la fuerza funcional de todo el cuerpo. Respaldado por la ciencia, al menos dos sesiones de fuerza por semana están relacionados con el aumento de la longevidad, mientras que el Pilates mejora control del núcleo, flexibilidad, y conciencia cuerpo-mente. Te guiaremos a través de un plan de entrenamiento semanal diseñado para satisfacer todas las necesidades de movimiento de tu cuerpo, para que puedas sentirte más fuerte, más equilibrado y con más energía cada día.

My favorite pilates studio in Cabanyal! It's completely brand new and the staff and owner Deborah are so incredible and welcoming. It's the first pilates studio I found in Cabanyal that teaches classes in English as well. I always feel at home every time I go! I'm so happy I found this place and can't wait to keep coming back...
